Robert R. Macmillan, Jr. (Randy) was born and raised in Norfolk, virginia. His grandfather served as pastor of a local Presbyterian church and his father was an elder.

Marcela Arboleda Macmillan (Marcy) was born to colombian parents in New York City. Her family retumed to Cali, Colombia when Marcy was 10 years old. Randy and Marcy have two children: Sarah, a college student, and John Michael, who is in junior high school. They all lead a very active life and appreciate their family time together.

The MacMillans are anointed teachers of the word of God. Both Randy and Marcy are anointed by God with the Prophetic and Apostolic calling for the purpose of ministering to the Body of Christ intemationally. Randy teaches frequently at vanous pastor's conferences in Colombia and other Latin American countries. As a recognized worship leader, Marcy helped pioneer teachings on worship to the Body of Christ in Cali and in Colombia. The Ministenal Institute of the Holy Spirit (Bible institute) was established in 1985 in the Cali church. Graduates provide leadership in the MSA churches and some go out to plant new churches. There are now four MSA sponsored Bible Schools in four major Colombian cities.

Randy and Marcy were instrumental in establishing a national network of intercessors in Colombia, as people began to take hold of God's truth to claim their cities and country for God. Recently over  60,000 christians attended an all-night prayer vigil held in the cali soccer stadium. Some had to be turned away because the stadium was packed. Intercession was lifted up for the nations and for Colombia. As the name of Jesus is lifted up before men, the forces of evil that operate through the drug and guerrilla wars are being overcome.

Today God is expanding the MacMillan's ministry to include conferences and seminars in the United States.
