Randy and Marcy MacMillan met in 1973 while students at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida and married after their graduation. The Lord called them to Cali, Colombia to lay a foundation for a future apostolic local church. They conducted miracle and healing crusades drawing many people to the Lord. However the Lord directed them to stop the work to concentrate on interceding for the birth of the local church that would be their base of intemational outreach.

In 1976 Randy and Marcy moved permanently to Colombia in obedience to a personal vision and revelation from the Holy Spirit. With no other financial support but their teaching positions in a local Cali school, Randy and Marcy ministered weeknights and weekends to carry out the vision God had given them. They ministered among the poor in Call until Jesus alerted them to His plan of action. in 1977 Randy and Marcy began discipling six Colombian professionals hand picked by God. Jesus told them, "Reach the heads of the community as I always anoint the Head first, they will in turn reach the city and the nation."

The Christian Community of Faith Church began in the Macmillan home on Easter Smlday 1979 with six people. Today over a thousand people participate in the life of the MSA church that serves as a pattem for all the other MSA churches. Randy and Marcy have invested years of teaching, training counseling, and praying with leaders who al so want to fulfill God's calling on their lives. Randy has a heart for helping hurting pastors and ministers who have fallen in battle. Today, an apostolic team of co-workers consists of many men and women who have grown to Chnstian maturity under the MacMillan's ministry. Team members are colombian nationals who are born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit, spiritual warriors, teachers of the word, counselors, missionaries, an army zealous for the work of the Kingdom!
